Custom & special orders are non refundable. Due to the handmade nature of our process, we cannot accept cancellations on orders. All deposits and sales are final.

Design rights, etc.: Please note that Pippa Jayne Designs hold the rights to all designs and photos. Photos and videos of all pieces may be posted by the creator to social media, on the website, or elsewhere at any time without tagging or notification—including personalized custom pieces. Pippa Jayne Designs pieces and designs may be replicated and sold in our online shop or replicated for other custom clients.
